Regular Orders

The orders placed will be processed within one working day. You will receive a confirmation letting you know that your order has been received and then you will be informed about the shipping date. In-stock items will ship in 24-48 hours.

 

Out of Stock Items

In case any of the products are out of stock, you will be notified about it and you will have the option of cancelling the order or accept a partial shipment, receiving the balance when in stock, or wait for the item to come in before filling the order and shipping it. You will be notified about the expected date of shipment of the back order.

 

Special Order Policy

We can customize our existing products in size or design or we can make a new product altogether. Specify your requirement to us in advance and allow us 4-6 weeks’ time for delivery.

 

All Sales will be finalised on special orders and no returns or cancellations will be allowed later.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express, PayPal are the accepted terms of payment on merchandise order.

 

Termination:

Patch Magic must be notified of all returns within 15 days from receipt of package.

Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with no additional cost.

Accepted return must be in original condition and resalable, if not restocking fee may be applicable.

Custom made items cannot be returned for full refund.

Packing and handling charge of 7 $ per box is applicable to all returns.

Due to the nature of the product we only offer free unlimited replacement parts but cannot take return.

FREE shipping on orders over $ 70 and in the lower $ 48 only

Retailers and Overseas customers should incur freight charges on all orders.
